  • Includes a standard European adapter with a swivel 90° fitting to tackle limited space.
  • One-way valve fit in the hose end connector to prevent unsafe brake fluid spills after disconnecting the hose from master cylinder.
  • Provided with a 1-liter / quart old brake fluid reservoir bottle (optional).
Packaging:
  • 1Set/Corrugated Box
  • 6Set/11.5/12.5kgs/3.14'

PREPARATION

  1. Fill fresh brake fluid into the tank with adequate volume.
  2. Connect the hose to the European standard adapter.
  3. Pump some pressure to purge air out of the hose (Fig 1).

LEAK TEST

  1. Connect the European standard adapter to master cylinder reservoir.
  2. 2 Pump 0.5 bar / 7.25 psi pressure into the tank, and leave it for about10 minutes to check (Fig 2). If there are leaks in the tank or on themaster cylinder filler neck. If there are leaks, examine every connection point. If there are no leaks, proceed to the next step.

BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE

  1. Pump 0.7-1.0 bar / 10-15 psi pressure into the tank, and brake fluid will be introduced into the brake system.
  2. Hang the reservoir bottle on the wheel cylinder to be bled (Fig3).Please follow the automotive manufacturer's suggested sequence.
  3. Open bleeder valves on wheel cylinders according to correct sequence. The pressure in the system will push the old brake fluid out.
  4. Close the bleeder valve when there are no bubbles visible in the reservoir bottle tube.
  5. While bleeding the four wheels, maintain the pressure in the tank, and do not let the pressure bleeder run dry during the process toavoid air being pumped into the brake system.
  6. After bledding all four wheels press pressure release valve to release pressure in the system (Fig 4).
  7. Disconnect the master cylinder adapter and adjust the brake fluid level to the correct level.
  8. Connect the original cap back to the master cylinder reservoir.
