CA520002 CALIBRE Cordless Rechargeable Hot Stapler

Operation:
  • Choose a suitable heating repair pin and place it into the tip of the grip.
  • Set the temperature control knob according to the type of plastic.
  • Form the part to repair to the original shape.
  • Press the switch button on the grip for 10 seconds until the pin is hot enough to weld. Then press the pin gently against the damaged surface.
  • When the pin is half way into the object material, stop pressing and release the power button on the grip. Wait a few seconds until the repair part becomes firm.
  • Twist & pull back the handle to take the pin out of the grip.
  • When damaged surface is extensive in length and/or width, install multiple pin 1/2” - 1” apart.
  • Cut off the pin using side cutters or grind the pin with sander/grinder.  (Always Wear Safety Goggles)
  • It is strongly recommend to rest the tool for 5 to 10 minutes, after continuous usage of 40 pcs of repair pins, in order to extend the product life.
